A PERSONAL APPROACH

Care that starts with listening.

Every person is different, so I start by listening. I take time to understand what you’re experiencing, how it affects everyday life and what you want to get back to doing.

From there, I adapt assessment and treatment around you, with clear explanations and practical guidance so you understand your care and the next steps.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Movement has always been part of my life.

Movement and training have always been a big part of my life. Over the years I’ve been involved in everything from cycling, bodybuilding and powerlifting to rowing and rugby, and I still enjoy challenging myself in new ways.

More recently, I’ve taken on HYROX, combining running with functional strength and endurance work. I competed at HYROX London and completed the event in 1:27:03. I’m also continuing to train and challenge myself through events such as the ATHX Games.

Training gives me my own perspective on the ups and downs of staying active: building strength and fitness, managing fatigue, recovering well and occasionally having to adapt when things don’t go quite to plan. It’s one of the reasons I’m so interested in helping people keep moving and continue doing the activities that matter to them.

WHO I HELP

Osteopathic care for everyday life.

I’m passionate about osteopathy and caring for people of different ages and backgrounds, from active people to those dealing with everyday aches, discomfort or reduced movement.

Whatever brings you to the clinic, my aim is to provide a respectful environment where you feel listened to and involved in your care.

BEYOND OSTEOPATHY

Movement outside the clinic

Movement and training are a big part of my life outside the clinic. From strength training to HYROX and ATHX events, I enjoy setting myself new challenges and experiencing first-hand the demands of training, recovery and staying active.

Registered Osteopath

His approach

I trained as an osteopath at the European School of Osteopathy, where I completed my master’s degree after years of hands-on clinical training. I’ve always believed the body is remarkable and, most of the time, it can heal itself. When it doesn’t, my job is to figure out why — to find the “maintaining factors” that keep problems from settling down. That’s why I put so much value on examination and explanation. I want you to leave each session not just feeling better, but also with a clearer sense of what’s really going on.

Getting to know the person

Osteopathy appealed to me because of the longer appointment times. I like getting to know the people I work with — partly because I enjoy it, and partly because the best results come when I understand what matters most to you.

Outside the clinic

Prior to university I worked in community pharmacy, before teaching music online during the pandemic. Outside the clinic I train in judo and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and I’ve also spent time in kickboxing and track athletics. I’m currently taking singing lessons too — but I won’t be practising in the clinic!

Continuing to develop

Even though I’ve graduated, the learning hasn’t stopped. I’m continuing to study and develop, and I’m currently working towards joining the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine to broaden my skills even further.
