Appointment bookings and clinical records are held securely using Cliniko, a specialist practice management system used by healthcare providers. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share limited information with your GP or another healthcare professional if you ask us to, or if we believe it is necessary for your care, and only with your knowledge.

Authorised practitioners working at Silsden Osteopathy may have access to patient information where this is necessary for providing care.

How long we keep your information

Clinical records are normally retained for at least eight years after your last consultation. Where the patient is a child, records are retained until their 25th birthday.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
